Licensee has the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to copy, reproduce, transmit, and display the image for 90 days, or for single project use, as agreed upon at time of contract. Licensee may alter, crop, manipulate and/or create derivative works of the image, but Adam Romanowicz retains ownership and all copyrights of the original work. Upon completion of license term, original digital image must be destroyed from all media unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional needs require additional license, unless otherwise specified.
